Retainership model: We will charge a certain percentage of the first year guaranteed compensation payable in 3 stages; initiation, selection and upon joining.

Contingent model:  Our professional fees are a certain percentage of the first year guaranteed compensation payable in 2 stages; a small upfront commitment fee and the rest, upon joining.

Rigorous Process is Important

Hiring is one of the most critical decisions CXOs make. We believe the quality of search is a function of time we and our clients invest upfront in defining the role and performance metrics for the same. Together, we develop an ideal candidate profile and a structured evaluation criteria. While gut is an important factor, we work with our clients to meticulously document the process which we then employ to target and source suitable candidates, particularly “passive” candidates.
