About Arvind Singh
Arvind is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Quest OntheFRONTIER and Chairman of Synergy Relationship Management Services Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Quest. Started in 2002, Quest ontheFRONTIER has emerged as a leading Asian consulting, executive search and training firm with 8 offices and over 350 full time staff.
Arvind started his career with Philip Morris subsidiary in India- Godfrey Phillips before switching to banking career with Citibank. He built a successful international banking career in Asian region with Citibank and Standard Chartered Bank for nearly 2 decades, during which he held progressively senior roles in the area of sales, product management, business development, risk management and program management. Arvind earned his PGDM/ MBA from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and is also an alumnus of The Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania and John F Kennedy School of Government, The Harvard University.
Arvind is the founder of Aavishkaar India Micro Venture Capital Fund that provides risk capital and expertise to socially relevant promising ventures in rural areas in India.
His experience covers International Banking across consumer and wholesale. He also has extensive experience in managing large teams of operations staff and implementing IT solutions in banking. He has managed large technology lead change programmes. He has also undertaken consulting assignments with banks in the region.
Specialities: Following a 28 year career with an international bank, he headed Reuters Consulting for South Asia. For the past 8 years, he has done international consulting projects with banks and also managed The Apollo Clinic, Thane. He is currently a promoter and MD of Jeevanti Healthcare which seeks to start a chain of 50 bedded secondary care hospitals in small towns in Maharashtra & Gujarat which are currently underserved.
Dr. Lan MaSenior Advisor- Strategy & Marketing
Dr. Lan Ma, PhD is a seasoned marketing and strategy professional with over 2 decades of international executive experience with leading companies such as DuPont, Proctor & Gamble, McKinsey in USA, China, Japan and Singapore. Lan is an Adjunct Professor with New York University campus in Shanghai. Earlier, she was Adjunct Professor at Singapore Management University. Lan earned her graduation from the prestigious Beijing University and earned her PhD from Boston College in USA.
Awdhesh KrishnaSenior Advisor & Global HR Leader
Awdhesh brings over 3 decades of senior HR and business experience in banking in the Asian region. In his last role as Managing Director, Head of Asia at Nomura Bank, based in Singapore, he was responsible for supporting Nomura businesses in the region. Earlier, he headed HR functions at Lehman Brothers and GE Capital in India. Awdhesh started his career with Godrej after earning MBA from XISS Ranchi, India.

Anchal Beri has an exclusive background of 15 years in Executive Search and she specialises in the search and selection of high-caliber talent across the Financial Services as well as Board mandates across industries. She was with Egon Zehnder for over a decade where she focused on Investment Banking and Capital Markets and led its Knowledge Management for more than 5 years. Most recently, she was working with a Middle East focused executive search firm with particular focus on Banking and Sovereign Wealth Funds.
